The following is an example of a private painting commission that Lee recently completed. It is based on the painting Nude Descending a Staircase No. 2 (1912) by Marcel Duchamp.  The painting is presented in a waxed oak frame with brass hinge details. The main body of the image is split into two panels, which is a signature feature of some of Lee’s paintings. The stretcher frames are bespoke handmade in pine and stretched using cotton canvas by the artist. When painting in acrylic Lee uses Liquitex Artist Acrylics and Mediums. All commissions come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
